Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from PennyWatchers. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return eligible items under the following conditions.

Refunds & Returns: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges / Store Credit: You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without prior approval may not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at support@pennywatchers.net Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return process and provide the return address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), fortunately, we are mainly tech focussed so may not run into this issue. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us regarding exchanges.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post refunds.

  • Delivery fees are not refunded.
