Who are Pennywatchers?

We’re a UK and Sweden-based organisation, focused on serving customers in the UK and Sweden. Our mission is to help those looking to create or do (podcasters, photographers, writers, editors, musicians and more) find the right tools to get their work done. We carefully select products that make your tasks easier, working directly with trusted suppliers so you get quality items at a fair price.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 2 working days (depending on the day of the week). Standard delivery is 3–7 working days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders over £100. For smaller orders, delivery is just £4.95.

Is it safe to order from Pennywatchers?

Yes. Payments are secured using trusted software and technology, in line with UK and EU data and privacy rules. We support safe and convenient payment methods, including PayPal, so you can shop with confidence.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

No worries. If you identify an issue within 14 days, contact us and we’ll work with you to arrange a return, exchange, or other solution. Our aim is always to make things right.

How do I request a refund or return?

Email support@pennywatchers.net within 14 days of us receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant. We’ll confirm the process and return address.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. Return the item first, and once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

What if the item is faulty or damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund once the issue is confirmed.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please let us know within 14 days, with photos. We’ll arrange a return and send the correct item or process a refund.

What if my order never arrives?

Contact us. We’ll investigate with the courier. If lost, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed once the item is returned in eligible condition.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Are delivery fees refunded?

No, delivery fees are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong or faulty item.

Are there items I cannot return?

Yes, perishable goods, personalised/customised products, and opened/used electronics or registered software cannot be returned.
